These delightful characters evolved from the ideas of a couple of women who have traveled and toured the marketplaces of the world.  It was our desire to create a collectible that would have its own personality, a set of good friends and a home to call its own (SnikLand).  

Our Zikitykins are as much fun to hang and bounce as they are to sit upon a computer or shelf.  Each character has been hand-designed here in the United States and then hand-made and hand-painted in China.  

The name Zikitykins came out of our imaginations….we wanted “Kins” as the last part of the name as it means friends and family in the German language. The “Zikity” seemed to lend a lot of personality to our little friends….thus the name of Zikitykins was created.

Last but not least is our very short book and story about the characters themselves.  In the book there’s a glimpse of their personalities, their friendships, fun and mishaps and a view of the place they call home.  

There’s also the promise of more to come………..
